Cushman and Wakefield Rolls Out Private Client Team

SAN DIEGO—Veteran team is focused on investment sales under $20 million in Southern California.

SAN DIEGO—Cushman & Wakefield has formed a new Private Client Investment Advisors team based here in San Diego. With more than 80 years of combined experience and a 10 year-history of closing 260 sale transactions totaling more than 6.1 million square feet and $1.5 billion in sales volume, the team specializes in investment sales under $20 million located in Southern California.  This experienced team features industry veteran brokers Mark Avilla, Peter Curry, Brooks Campbell and Duncan Dodd of the firm’s offices in the cities of San Diego and Carlsbad.
