Prologis' Local Portfolio Reaches Full Occupancy

JESSUP, MD—Aireco Supplyhas leased 88,000-square-feet at 8230 Sandy Ct. in the Baltimore Washington Industrial Park from Prologis, according to Cushman & Wakefield. 8230 Sandy Ct. is a light distribution, which is now fully occupied. The other tenant is Reliable Tire.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Tilghman Herring, Jarred Testa and Michael Walsh represented Prologis in this transaction. C&W was tapped by the REIT in 2014 as exclusive leasing agent for its Baltimore Washington Industrial Park portfolio, a multi-tenanted complex of eight office-warehouse buildings totaling 828,000 square feet. In the last two years, some 225,000 square feet in the portfolio have been signed, bringing it from 73% to 100% leased at present.
