MRP Breaks Ground on Spec Industrial Park

PERRYMAN, MD--Eastgate will be a three-building 2.5 million square foot industrial park.

PERRYMAN, MD–An affiliate of MRP Realty is breaking ground today on Eastgate, a three-building, 2.5-million-square-foot industrial park that is about 30 miles northeast of Baltimore on the I-95 Corridor.

Phase I is the spec development of a 656,800 square foot facility and will include a 2-mile extension of Woodley Road. Future build-to-suit opportunities will range from 600,000 square feet to 1.5 million square feet. MRP Realty makes a strong case for the spec project: the new facility will be a  class A regional distribution center located in one of the most land-constrained areas on the East Coast.
