Revathi Greenwood Joins C&W As Head of Americas Research

Greenwood was Americas Head of Investment Research at CBRE.

WASHINGTON, DC–Revathi Greenwood has joined Cushman & Wakefield as Head of Americas Research. She will lead Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas Research Center of Excellence and regional/local platforms.

Greenwood joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE, where she served as Americas Head of Investment Research. She has more than two decades of commercial real estate experience and consulting and corporate finance experience in the US and UK. She served as director of Corporate Finance for KPMG in London from 2003 to 2012 before moving to the U.S.

C&W has recruited other talent from CBRE in recent months. David Dorros, Sean Hayes and Chris McGlone joined C&W from CBRE last month to lead its National Loan and Portfolio Sale Advisory group.
