DC’s K street

WASHINGTON, DC–Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has brought on three new hires to its debt placement team in its Washington, DC office: managing director Dan Martin and senior directors Christopher Hew and Jamie Leachman. In addition it has also promoted Nicole Brickhouse to director. The team will focus on debt and equity placement origination in the Mid-Atlantic with a specific focus of multi-housing and agency transactions by Leachman and Brickhouse.

A twenty-year plus industry veteran, Martin joins from Walker & Dunlop where he was a senior vice president in their mortgage banking group. Prior to that, he spent 17 years with GE Capital Real Estate. Hew also joins HFF from Walker & Dunlop and prior to that, GE Capital Real Estate. He brings with him more than 12 years of commercial real estate finance experience. Leachman, who has more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently worked with Newmark Knight Frank as a managing director. Prior to that, he was a partner on the debt and structured finance team at CBRE.
