Haiyi Hotels Launches With Three Acquisitions

[IMGCAP(1)]SAN FRANCISCO-Newly formed Haiyi Hotels and Management Group has acquired three hotels totaling 308 rooms in the South of Market district from Big Rock Partners of Beverly Hills: the 143-room Best Western Americania Hotel, the 48-room Best Western Carriage Inn and the 117-room Good Hotel. The three properties are the first acquisitions by Haiyi, which is a subsidiary of Portland, OR-based American Pacific International Capital Inc.

[IMGCAP(2)]Officials of the new firm note that the hotels were recently renovated, so Haiyi will will incorporate minor gradual changes in the restaurants and front desk areas. Over the next 12 to 18 months, Haiyi intends to expand and continually develop its brand in the US, Europe and Asia with a projected growth of 10-20 hotel properties globally.
