Embrey Prepared for 360-Unit Construction Launch

SAN ANTONIO-Embrey Partners Ltd. is readying to go north on an urban infill development featuring a 260-unit, low-density, class A multifamily property and a four-acre nature sanctuary. The local developer will break ground on the project in November 2012, with first occupancy beginning in early 2014.

The project, located on West Avenue on the Wurzbach Parkway extension, will be built on 29 acres, with the completed project offering low-density townhomes and one- and two-bedroom units. Floor plans will range from 613 square feet to 1,830 square feet, and will offer backyards and two-car garages. Also included will be a clubhouse, set to open in late 2012, which will offer a fitness center, aqua lounge and resort-style swimming pool.
