Welcome to the industry’s most detailed ranking of Top Property Management Firms. Ranked by total square footage of assets under management, these firms carry direct fiduciary responsibility for the properties managed—whether they be office, industrial or retail. The only asset class not represented is multifamily. (Some firms listed also have a residential portfolio. In those cases, units were listed but did not count in the ranking.) Clients, when provided, are listed in descending order of contract size. Some of these firms practice on a global basis. Where no countries are shown, they are US-based solely.
