BURLINGTON, MA-Behringer Harvard has hired Cushman & Wakefield’s capital markets team to market an office complex spanning 270,000 square feet along Wayside Drive in Burlington. Public records revealed that the Texas-based real estate investor purchased the complex at 5 and 15 Wayside Drive in 2006 for $82.3 million.

The Realert.com report showed that industry experts have pegged the current value of the property at $68 million, or about $250 per square foot. The real estate newsletter stated that the property is nearly 95% occupied. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
