NORTH FAYETTE, PA-Part of a $260.5-million acquisition deal by Starwood Capital includes the purchase of 2000 Park Lane here, according to a story published in the Pittsburgh Business Times.
The seven-story office building totals more than 231,000 sf. The purchase price for the building was not revealed. Starwood acquired the building from Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II. The newspaper states that Wells acquired 2000 Park Lane in late 2005 for $29.5 million.
CIGNA announced it was leasing 132,985 sf at the building back in 2011. The firm also occupies an adjacent building that was not part of the Starwood Capital transaction. See story in the Pittsburgh Business Times.
