OWINGS MILLS, MD–The Owings Mills Corporate Center here has been acquired by BECO Management Inc., according to a report in the Baltimore Business Journal.

No terms of the deal for Owings Mills Corporate Center I and II, which total 330,000 sf, were disclosed. Tenants in the complex include: Aon Corp., BB&T, the law offices of Sheila Murphy and CareFirst of Maryland.

Officials with the Rockville, MD-based firm say they plan to invest “significant capital in infrastructure, cosmetic and amenity improvements at the property” and plan to unveil its 100-day action plan on Jan. 8.
