CBRE is charged with leasing and managing the 466,000-SF 20 Greenway Plaza.

HOUSTON- Principal Real Estate Investors Financial Group Inc. selected CBRE to perform leasing and property management services for 20 Greenway Plaza. The 465,649-square-foot, class A office building offers one of the few remaining blocks of space in the submarket.

The office building is part of Greenway Plaza, a more than 4-millions-square-foot mixed-use, master-planned complex. The building itself offers a café and 24-hour security. It also has an interesting history, once being a single-tenant building and, at one point, known as the “Koch Building.”

CBRE’s Executive Vice President Cody Armbrister and Senior Vice President Steve Rocher will lead the leasing efforts for the property and Senior Real Estate Manager Jeff Greensage will steer the property management. “We are extremely excited about continuing to grow our partnership with our partners at Principal,” says Armbrister in a press release. “20 Greenway is a very unique asset that contains some of the few remaining blocks of office space in this submarket area.
