NEW YORK CITY-Strike Holdings Group has renewed its lease and doubled its space at LCOR’s 545 Madison Ave. building here.
The 10-year lease for 13,754 sf was reported in the Commercial Observer. The firm, which currently occupies space on the 15th floor of the 142,000-sf building, will also now take space on the 16th floor of the 17-story building that is now 93% occupied.
Norman Bobrow & Company‘s Daniel Fiskus represented Strike Holdings. Gregg Rothkin, Paul Milunec, Keith Cody and Robert Kluge of CBRE represented LCOR. A total of nearly 36,000 sf in leases have been closed in the last four months. See story in the Commercial Observer.
