DALLAS—A waterfall-themed lux apartment property is in the works for Dallas-based Trammell Crow Residential. The complex would be built at 3333 Harry Hines Blvd. near the American Airlines Center, according to the Dallas Business Journal.  The two-building property, dubbed The Alexan, would be situated on about five acres adjacent to the Coors Light waterfall billboard visible from a nearby Interstate.

“We’re going to romanticize the Coors Light waterfall sign and bring a waterfall theme to our landscaping package,” said Steve Bancroft, senior managing director of Trammell Crow Residential.

A 5,000-square-foot restaurant is planned for the ground floor of the tower.  The project’s cost was not reported.

Good Fulton & Farrell is the project architect, and finalized renderings have yet to be completed. Trammell Crow Residential will market the apartments from $1,300 a month to more than $4,500 for a penthouse.
