MIAMI – The high-rise office tower Southeast Financial Center reports that it has signed the restaurant Spris to take space at its retail plaza in downtown Miami.

The new Spris restaurant at the 1.225-million-sf office tower will be its second location in Miami. Spris currently operates at 721 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach.

Spris, which offers gourmet pizza and paninis, is taking 1,512 sf of interior space and will also feature outdoor seating at the center’s outdoor plaza. The restaurant is owned and operated by the Graspa Group, which operates Van Dyke Cafe, Soyka, Segafredo, Salumeria 104 and TiramesU in Miami.

Greg Masin, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the owner and the tenant in the transaction. Spris joins The Newsstand Café by Books & Books and The Cheese Course as retail tenants at the Southeast Financial Center located at 200 South Biscayne Blvd.

Southeast Financial Center is comprised of two buildings: a 55-story Class A office tower distinguished by its striking “saw-tooth” design on the northeast corner of the façade and a 15-story annex building that houses the popular Downtown Athletic Club and 1,200 parking spaces. Connecting the office tower and annex buildings is a 30,000-sf outdoor plaza.
