BALTIMORE- AAC HP Realty LLC of New York City, an affiliate of investment firm Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp., purchased the Harborview waterfront shopping center here for $98.5 million, city land records indicate.

The firm purchased the property from General Growth Properties. City land records also show that AAC borrowed $76 million from UBS Real Estate Securities Inc. to finance the deal, according to a report in the Baltimore Sun. Harborplace consists of two shopping pavilions that boast approximately 150,000 sf of leasable space.

General Growth Properties owns The Gallery located on Pratt Street near Harborplace, along with the Owings Mill Mall, Towson Town Center, The Mall in Columbia, and the White Marsh Mall. See story in the Baltimore Sun.
