ORLANDO-The Millenia Crossing shopping center in Orlando has sold for $34.5 million and the Shops at Amelia Market in Fernandina Beach, FL has traded for a reported $6.75 million.

An affiliate of The Morris Companies of Rutherford, NJ purchased the 110,385-sf Millenia Crossing shopping center that is anchored by Nordstrom Rack. The center is 100% leased and was sold by an affiliate of EJ Plesko and Associates of Madison, WI. The deal closed on Dec. 14.

An affiliate of Atlanta-based The Simpson Organization acquired the Shops at Amelia Market property, which totals 53,144 sf, from EDENS of Columbia, SC. The shopping center, which is anchored by the only Harris Teeter in Florida, is 91% leased. The Jacksonville Business Journal pegged the sale of the Shops at Amelia Market at $6.75 million.

The deals were reported by Miami brokerage firm The Shopping Center Group, which represented the sellers in both transactions.
