Krauch will play a lead role in US operations for Toronto-based Bentall Kennedy.

SAN FRANCISCO-Toronto-based Bentall Kennedy has brought in William Krauch as part of its executive management team. Krauch, who will be based here, has come aboard as senior advisor, investor relations and product development. He’ll play a lead role in Bentall Kennedy’s investor relations and product development functions, particularly in the US, and will serve on Bentall Kennedy’s group management committee, according to a release.

Krauch most recently served as a managing director of Clarion Partners, where he was a member of its investment committee and client capital management team. Previously, he was global head of marketing and client relations for ING Real Estate Investment Management, also serving on ING REIM’s Global Executive Board and as head of its global product committee.

Krauch’s 40-year career has also included senior postings with ING Clarion Partners as head of US marketing and client relations, and Westmark Realty Advisors as vice chairman and executive managing director. Krauch began his career as a commercial broker with Coldwell Banker in Los Angeles.
