NGKF Team Lands W&H B'way Assignment

NEW YORK CITY-Already doing the honors for the Empire State Building and One Grand Central Place, a Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team has been tapped for further leasing responsibilities within the W&H Properties office portfolio. NGKF’s William Cohen, EVP and principal, and Ryan Kass, senior managing director, are taking over leasing at W&H’s 1333, 1350 and 1359 Broadway, according to a release from Malkin Holdings LLC, which supervises the W&H portfolio of nine prewar buildings.

“Billy and Ryan have had great success at the Empire State Building and One Grand Central Place,” says Anthony Malkin, president of Malkin Holdings, in a release. “They understand our vision for these prewar trophy properties, and they have helped make this vision a reality through aggressive, strategic leasing efforts that attract top brokers and their tenants.” He adds that while “we already have strong leasing traction” at the three Broadway properties, which total about 1.2 million square feet, the NGKF “can take it to the next level.”
