BROOKLYN, NY-The Brooklyn Lyceum headquarters in Park Slope is scheduled to go up for auction on Feb. 28.
A New York Supreme Court Judge granted a final foreclosure notice on the property last fall. The building is slated to be auctioned on Feb. 28 at 360 Adams St. here, according to The Real Deal. The property at 227 Fourth Ave. at President Street is facing an outstanding lien of $5.50 million.
The building was a former bathhouse that is now used as a café and cultural/theater space. The building owner, an LLC headed by Lyceum founder Eric Richmond, purchased the property at an auction in 1994, according to public records. See story in The Real Deal.
