JLL Named Exclusive Leasing Agent For Distribution Facility

   PLAINFIELD, IN – Jones Lang LaSalle has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 909 Whitaker Rd., a 381,493 square foot distribution facility in Plainfield Business Park, adjacent to the Indianapolis Airport. 

   Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice Presidents’ Jake Sturman and Brian Seitz will assist the owner, Industrial Income Trust, in leasing the building. The company previously aided the ownership during the original acquisition in 2012 and then with handling the property management.     The Plainfield Business Park offers quick access from Interstate 70, State Road 267, Highway 40, and the Ronald Reagan Parkway interchange, making it ideal as a regional or national distribution center.     The park offers state-of-the-art distribution facilities, access to strong labor markets and a favorable tax environment. The space includes 2,178 SF of office area, 30-foot high ceilings, ESFR sprinklers, and cross-dock with 24 docks with levelers and seals.
