Colliers Brokers 321,000 SF Lease

DALLAS-Colliers International says that Weeks Robinson Properties has signed a 321,135-square-foot industrial lease to Conn Appliances, Inc. The Class A building is located at 4800 Langdon Rd. and is one of two adjacent buildings (with a total of 827,890 square feet) in South Dallas that is a Gold LEED certified property. Colliers initially sold the two Langdon Road buildings to Weeks Robinson in 2011 and also manages both properties.

“We’ve been selective when choosing tenants but Conn’s immediately caught our attention due to their high-caliber name. We recognized they would be a great complement to the property,” says Bob Rice, senior vice president with Weeks Robinson in a press release. “This new project increases the property’s occupancy to nearly 85%.”
