HTA Brings Sloan, Parrish on Board

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Todd Sloan and Theresa Parrish have joined Healthcare Trust of America Inc. as regional easing manager and senior leasing associate, respectively, for the southeast region.  In their new positions, Sloan and Parrish will oversee leasing activities for HTA’s Georgia and Florida markets, containing assets totaling more than 1.5 million square feet.

The newcomers will work in conjunction with Susan Dorr, HTA’s regional vice president of asset management, who oversees the property management, construction management and operations of 3.6 million square feet of properties spread across Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Maryland.  This region constitutes nearly 29% of HTA’s total portfolio of 12.6 million square feet, and includes a number of HTA’s key markets such as Greenville, SC, Atlanta, GA, Charleston, SC and Raleigh, NC. The addition of Sloan and Parrish to the doutheast team completes the process of in housing the region’s asset management and leasing and enhances HTA’s ability to provide quality service to its tenants and strategically partner with health systems and physicians.
