Prescott Realty Group Hires Richie Butler as Managing Director

DALLAS—Prescott Realty Group is expanding its strategic brand to not only include real estate investment, development and management, but also institutional investor relations with the recent hire of experienced institutional fundraiser, Richie Butler. Butler will serve as managing director, assisting Prescott in growing its base of institutional investors and leading the firm’s fundraising strategy and capital markets relationships. Butler will also leverage his experience in acquisitions to assist Prescott source off-market deal opportunities.
