ORLANDO, FL-RIDA Development secured preliminary approval on Tuesday for its mixed-use Central Station project in downtown Orlando.
The first phase of the project at the 5.6-are site calls for a six-story, 275-unit apartment building with a parking garage featuring more than 400 spaces, a 126-room hotel and a parking lot for 97 vehicles, according to the Orlando Sentinel. Other phases call for a parking garage and two office buildings.
The Orlando Municipal Planning Board granted approval on Tuesday for the project’s master plan, which must now go before the City Council. See story in the Orlando Sentinel.
