STUDIO CITY, CA—Recognizing that most multifamily owners are not maximizing their wealth and cash flow and lack a comprehensive, long-term investment strategy, Warren Berzack, president of The Berzack Group and a principal of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, put together the group’s first annual multifamily investing seminar.
“Maximizing Multifamily Wealth & Cash Flow-Key Investment Strategies for 2013,” held Feb. 7, featured top experts in real estate accounting, law, lending and property management, along with The Berzack Group’s multifamily specialists who bring more than 75 years of combined experience as both agents and owners. The evening drew 120 attendees who came to hear presentations on today’s most essential investment strategies for increasing their wealth and cash flow and protecting their portfolios.
Session topics included Market Outlook and Maximizing Your Return; Leverage and Its Effect on the Internal Rate of Return; Understanding How Demographics, Geography & Politics Affect Your Property’s Performance; Income and Estate Tax Minimization for Real Estate Investors; Avoiding Litigation in Today’s Litigious Climate; and Gifting Real Estate-How to Make Your Kids Rich.
“I do not know how you could have assembled a better group of presenters,” said Richard Silliman, a multifamily property owner who attended the event. “It is the most informative gathering of that type that I have ever attended — by far!”
