NEW YORK CITY-Clothing retailer American Eagle has signed a lease for the proposed retail project at 100 W. 125th St. being developed by Jeff Sutton.
American Eagle has leased 8,500 square feet on the ground floor and will also have some mezzanine level space, according to the New York Post. New York City Prime represented American Eagle in the deal, while Sutton represented his project, the newspaper reports.
Other retail tenants that have signed on at the property that could break ground in May include Burlington Coat Factory and Whole Foods. See story in the New York Post.
