Four NY Industry Veterans Acquire Winoker Realty Company

NEW YORK CITY–Winoker Realty Company has been acquired by a partnership of four New York real estate principals: Ira Fishman and Dana Moskowitz, president and executive vice president, respectively, of ID Real Estate Partners, and Nathan Halegua and Josh Halegua, principals of Jonis Realty and Citi-Urban Management. The group have been business partners and friends for many years.

Fishman worked at Winoker Realty from 1998 to 2008, and was David Winoker’s partner from 2001 on. “Dave was a wonderful man, good friend, and a consummate real estate professional,” Fishman says. “In buying Winoker Realty, my partners and I were well aware that Dave and his father, Sidney (who founded the company), created a solid platform, and we want to preserve and continue that platform.”
