RIDGEWOOD, NJ-After seeing its expansion plans rejected last year, Valley Hospital officials filed a modified plan that calls for the construction of 340,000 square feet of new space.

The modified plan was filed with the Ridgewood Planning Board and includes buildings up to 94 feet high, according to The Record.

No price tag for the recently submitted plan was available, although the newspaper states the previous plan was valued at $750 million.

“We look forward to presenting the details of the modified plan and to demonstrating how the changes we have made will positively impact the community,” says Megan Fraser, a Valley Hospital spokeswoman. See story in The Record.
