Rosemont Realty Hires Ellis-Felder

HOUSTON-The Santa Fe-headquartered company hires Michele Ellis-Felder from Transwestern as managing director, leasing, while long-time Rosemont Realty employee Carrrie Powledge is promoted to director, leasing.

HOUSTON-Rosemont Realty LLC has hired Commercial Real Estate Women Houston chapter president Michele Ellis-Felder as its managing director, leasing for the Houston office. Additionally, long-time Rosemont Realty employee Carrie Powledge has been promoted to the position of director, leasing.

In their respective roles, Ellis-Felder and Powledge are responsible for the Santa Fe-headquartered company’s Houston assets, which include 2.3 million square feet of Class A and Class B commercial real estate.
