FRISCO, TX-Four companies have signed new leases at the award-winning Hall Office Park  here. Construction that began in March on the park’s 16th building is progressing ahead of schedule. The 8-story, 200,000-square-foot, class AAA building at 3001 Dallas Parkway is slated for delivery early in the second quarter of 2014.

The four are:

·         The Old Republic Title Insurance Group (ORTIG), one of the nation’s largest title insurance groups; has signed a new, 3,290-square-foot lease at 6801 Gaylord Parkway within Hall Office Park. Jill Arias with DZT, a UGL Company, represented the tenant in lease negotiations on behalf of ORTIG.

·         Advanced Microbial Solutions, LLC, an agricultural technology company leading the development of applied biochemistry-based solutions for efficient and sustainable plant nutrition, has signed a new lease for 3,251 square feet at 2600 Network Boulevard in Hall Office Park. Rhonda Martin of The Commercial Connection negotiated the lease on behalf of Advanced Microbial Solutions. 

·         Medical Management Professionals, Inc. (MMP), a leading provider of medical billing services and flexible practice management solutions for hospital-based doctors and medical practices, has signed a new lease for 1,695 square feet at 2591 Dallas Parkway located in Hall Office Park. Brad Mason with Jackson Cooksey represented MMP in lease negotiations.

·         Basic Contracting Services, Inc. (BCSi) has leased office space at 2600 Network Boulevard for its corporate headquarters at Hall Office Park. BCSi specializes in providing highly trained and certified armed and unarmed security officers in both the government and private sector. BCSi also provides facilities management, lodging operations, food services, and maid/janitorial services. BCSi was established in 1997 and currently has over 350 employees with business operations in over 10 states. BCSi’s goal is to expand current operations across Texas with emphasis on rapid growth in the DFW Metro area.
