Johnson will provide broker-advisory and investment-sales services to a clients in the Orange County market.

IRVINE, CA-Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance has hired Frecia C. Johnson as SVP in its local office. Johnson, who brings more than three decades of Southern California regional commercial real estate experience to the firm, will provide broker-advisory and investment-sales services to a variety of clients in the Orange County property market.

According to Mike Dorsey, managing principal of CBCA, Johnson “brings a wealth of commercial real estate experience to our firm, and her understanding of the Orange County market is unparalleled. Adding professionals such as Frecia enhances our ability to provide clients and prospects with the highest level of service and expertise. We are fortunate to have her join the CBC Alliance team and welcome her aboard.”

Johnson said in a prepared statement that she is looking forward to working with the firm’s team of professionals “and providing small to large businesses and investors with the quality service and committed focus that historically was reserved for only the largest investors in our market. The unique benefits of the CBC Alliance national platform are what drew me to this firm, particularly our unmatched ability to provide loans and customized work-out solutions to property owners in our marketplace. I believe strongly that the Orange County commercial real estate market will continue to flourish as new investors seek to take advantage of increased opportunities throughout this dynamic region.”

Johnson’s addition is the latest move in the recent expansion of CBCA’s Orange County office. As GlobeSt.com reported in May, the firm has acquired Bridge Commercial Properties and is currently putting the finishing touches on a new location, expected to be opened this summer.
