Beacon Centre On Fully Occupied Streak

MIAMI—Amid strong demand for industrial assets in the Airport West submarket, Beacon Centre once again has reached 100% occupancy. The Doral industrial facility first reached full occupancy in Nov. 2011 and has stayed at or near 100% occupied ever since.

Marine Harvest leased about 40,000 square feet at the class A business park located at NW 25th Street and NW 84th Avenue in Doral, FL. Transwestern senior vice president Thomas Kresse, along with managing directors Ben Eisenberg and Walter Byrd and associate Carlos Gaviria, brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord, RREEF Real Estate.
