Michael Pakravan Joins Kennedy Wilson

BEVERLY HILLS, CA-GlobeSt.com has learned exclusively that Kennedy Wilson has hired Michael Pakravan to join KW Properties Group, the commercial-brokerage and property-management division of the firm, as VP. He will be based in the firm’s Beverly Hills office.

Prior to joining KW, Pakravan was a top producer at Center Business Management in L.A. A seasoned retail broker, he has represented both landlords and tenants throughout Los Angeles, Riverside and Orange counties, working with companies such as Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, Dollar Tree, Big 5 and FedEx Kinko’s. He has also successfully represented a wide array of landlords, including Denley Investments, Safco Capital, 7-Eleven, Bolour & Associates, El Tapatio Markets, Parkford Properties and Axiom Realty. In addition, Pakravan has received a number of awards and has completed more than 400 lease transactions during the past nine years, closing 17 in one month alone.
