CBRE Gets Two Incentive Experts From JLL

CHICAGO—CBRE brings two more executives over from Jones Lang LaSalle. They will help lead the company's Economic Incentives Group.

CHICAGO—CBRE has just brought on two more executives who previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle to help lead their Economic Incentives Group. Eric Stavriotis and Chris Schastok have joined CBRE Chicago’s Occupier Practice Group in addition to the incentives group. Earlier this summer, New York-based Susan Harte also moved over to CBRE’s Economic Incentives Group from JLL, where she specialized in advising companies how to maximize tax breaks and other forms of state assistance. The CBRE incentives group helps clients negotiate with federal, state and municipal economic development officials and find financial, tax and economic incentives.
