TALENT, OR-CBRE, Inc. represented Wal-Mart recently in the sale of a 99,894 square foot building here on a 14.68-acre parcel. Nicholson, Cory Lowe, Dick Loffelmacher and Alex Martinac of CBRE’s Portland office represented Wal-Mart, in the transaction. The buyer is electric motorcyclemanufacturer Brammo, Inc., who acquired the building to accommodate a growing marketdemand.
“Although the Portland area is an important economic stronghold, Brammo’s growing success and acquisition of this facility points to the strength of Oregon’s state-wide manufacturing economy,” said Lowe. “It was a pleasure to work with Wal-Mart in their disposition of this property.”
