WASHINGTON, DC-The owners of a planned office building at 900 16th St. NW here have pulled approximately 68,000 square feet off the market, the same amount of space a DC law firm is said to be interested in leasing.

The decision by the developers of the planned 125,246-square-foot office building is an indication that law firm Miller & Chevalier is in talks to lease space at the building, according to a report in the Washington Business Journal. The newspaper reported last week that sources say the law firm is in talks with JBC Cos. and ICG Properties to relocate from its current offices at 655 15th St. NW to the new office building.

According to listing posted to CoStar Group Inc., the property listing has been updated to show that 68,000 square feet of space at the property is under offer by an unspecified prospective tenant. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
