C&W Re-Hires Research Veteran James Delmonte

NEW YORK CITY-James Delmonte is departing Avison Young to lead Cushman's research effort, GlobeSt.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY.

NEW YORK CITY–Research guru James Delmonte, a former principal and vice president of research at Avison Young, has joined Cushman & Wakefield as director of research, GlobeSt.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY. Delmonte was with Cushman earlier in his career, having served as an associate and a director as recently as 2006.

Prior to joining Avison Young, where he established a research department for the company’s New York City office, Delmonte served as VP and research director at Jones Lang LaSalle, directing the firm’s research operations throughout the New York tri-state area.
