Three-Day Auction Set for 120 Bank-Owned Properties

ATLANTA-Auction firm John Dixon & Associates reports that more than 120 bank-owned commercial, land and residential properties in Atlanta, Montgomery, AL, and Orlando, FL are scheduled to sell at auctions to be held in those respective cities later this month.

At the Atlanta auction to be held at the Holiday Inn Atlanta Perimeter/Dunwoody on Oct. 22, bidders will compete for approximately 48 properties, including a group of three office buildings on John Roberts Drive in Morrow, GA. “These buildings total 13,962 square feet, were built in 1997 and are situated on 1.35 acres with ample parking,” states John Dixon, founder, CEO of John Dixon & Associates.
