DENVER-DCT Industrial Trust Inc. has completed the sale of all off all its assets in Mexico for $82.7 million.

The buyer is an investment trust of Mexico City-based Macquarie Mexican REIT, DCT said in a release Thursday.

The Denver-based industrial real estate company’s holdings included 15 buildings and 1.65 million square feet in Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tijuana, San Luis Potosi and Queretaro.

Macquarie Mexican REIT, said in July that the properties were fully occupied. DCT says the move is in line with its strategy to focus on US distribution business.
