JLL Hires Senior Housing Specialist

LOS ANGELES-Jones Lang LaSalle has hired senior housing expert Alan Ursillo to accommodate the growing demand for senior housing and the changing healthcare landscape. Ursillo will join JLL as SVP focusing on senior housing sales and working directly under the Healthcare Capital Market‘s managing director Mindy Berman.

When Ursillo began looking for a new company, he thought his experience and attributes fit best with JLL’s healthcare platform and collaborative environment. “I laid out my plans and where I felt the industry was going to go, and it aligned best with JLL,” he tells GlobeSt.com. “Its platform fit my expectations and goals for what we want to do in the future, and we feel that we have found a permanent home here.” That “we” refers to up-and-coming “superstar” Curtis Fowlie, formerly of CBRE, who Ursillo brought in as his partner.
