Located at 3100 North Miami Avenue, NoMi Plaza spans the entire block front from 31st and 32nd streets. The site is directly across North Miami Avenue and AT&T, Mattress Firm, PetSmart, the future Walmart, and Miami Midtown’s 1,700-space parking garage. Comras is creating seven spaces that range from 2,000 square feet to 3,000 square feet, which can be combined to meet retail tenant requirements.
