Kennedy Wilson Hires Senior Managing Director

LOS ANGELES—J. Eric Johnson has joined Kennedy Wilson as senior managing director of the firm’s property services group. At the helm of the group, Johnson will focus on expanding the firm’s national leasing and management operations as well as growing the company’s revenue stream.

Johnson brings 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm with a specialty in marketing and business development. “My role will be to focus on our national operations, which include streamlining the firm’s internal processes and continuing to cultivate a strong client base,” says Johnson. “The team at Kennedy Wilson is recognized on an international scale and I believe that my background and expertise create a strong synergy with their current operations.” He will cover local, regional and national markets for the firm.
