Kidder Mathews will be the exclusive broker for Menlo Business Park.

MENLO PARK, CA—Principal Real Estate Investors and Tarlton Properties, Inc., a commercial property development and asset manager, says Kidder Mathews has been hired to be the exclusive broker for its Menlo Business Park.

Gregg Domanico, EVP and managing partner for the firm’s Redwood Shores office, and Mary Hines, SVP, will lead the Kidder Mathews team.

Domanico has more than 25-years of experience with life science real estate and facilities. Since December 2007, he has helped to grow the Kidder Mathews Northern California operations from one office with 15 agents to three offices with 72 agents, while adding property management and valuation services.

Hines has more than 15-years of experience in the life sciences sector, and has spent her entire career working with early/late-stage Fortune 500 life science companies, and growing with them as they succeed. She has assisted her clients with strategic analysis, relocation analysis, financial analysis, and project/construction management.

“With the combined extensive experience of Domanico and Hines — including both large and small life science clientele — we foresee a growing mix of innovative tenants at the MBP,” said John Tarlton, President and CEO of TPI. “As we continue to expand, we will also further renovate to meet the demands of today’s companies.” Capital projects in the works include 80,000 square feet of additional incubator space.  

In total, Kidder Mathews now represents 900,000 square feet at MBP, of which 100,884 square feet is currently available.Tarlton Properties Inc. was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Menlo Park.
