ATLANTA—SRS Real Estate Partners, which has seen considerable growth in activity at its office here, has added two new members to its sales team—John Topping, who joins the firm as an associate, and Robert Drake, who will serve as an investment sales analyst.
Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson lead the Atlanta office of Dallas-based SRS. The new hires were the direct result of the firm’s activity within the Atlanta investment sales market. In the past year, the Southeast Investment Sales team has been responsible for more than $200 million in sales, most recently representing CAPREF Acquisitions, LLC in the sale of Brookwood Village in Birmingham, AL.
Topping comes to SRS from Marcus & Millichap where he specialized in single-tenant auto parts retailers. Topping was also in charge of single-tenant transactions 8,000 square feet and larger and focused on the Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Marietta, and Dunwoody markets.
Drake, who has past experience in the financial services and insurance brokerage industries, previously worked at State Farm where he was responsible for health and life insurance sales, business-to-business insurance sales, and financial services sales. Previously, Drake worked at CRC Insurance Services where he was responsible for business development, new agency relationships, and professional liability brokerage.
