Veteran Broker Abdo Joins Coldwell Banker

NEW YORK CITY—Representing both tenants and landlords, Abdo brings a strong pedigree and more than 25 years of experience to his new role as an executive managing director.

NEW YORK CITY—Corey Abdo—a veteran commercial real estate broker with over 25 years of experience representing both tenants and landlords in Manhattan—has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance as an executive managing director, leasing and sales.

Abdo joins CBC Alliance from EVO Real Estate Group, which was formerly Winoker Realty Co. Inc., where he spent the last 12 years leading the company’s leasing efforts as an EVP and partner. Previously, Abdo worked at Newmark & Co. for 17 years.
