Caruso Develops Penthouses at the Americana

GLENDALE, CA—Caruso Affiliated has begun a multimillion-dollar renovation of its the Residences at the Americana at Brand mixed-use and multifamily complex in Glendale. The renovation will transform 16 top-floor apartments into one- and two-bedroom penthouse suites with more than 40 upgrades.

“There is a strong demand for luxury living in Glendale,” Stewart Moore, Caruso Affiliated VP of residential operations, tells GlobeSt.com. “It has always been Caruso Affiliated’s primary focus to provide the highest standard of living at the Residences, and as we approach our seventh year, it’s time to revitalize our wonderful property to ensure that our residents’ expectations are not only met, but consistently exceeded.” To fulfill those high standards, Caruso has tapped top-interior designer Waldo Fernandez to design a two-bedroom model penthouse, and place his seal of approval of each of the 16 units.
