Shoppes at Westlake Village Inks 10 New Tenants

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA—The Shoppes at Westlake Village has added more than 10 new tenants to its mix. The new group has leased a combined 75,000 square feet of space at the 240,000-square-foot shopping center. In-N-Out Burger, Olio e Limone and Tilly’s clothing store are among the newly signed tenants.

Lee & Associates LA North/Ventura office’s Stephanie Skrbin and Mike Tingushandled the leasing transactions on behalf of the center. They were seeking unique and eclectic brands and names to sign on.“Because we want Shoppes at Westlake Village to be a true neighborhood amenity we are looking for a pretty solid balance of restaurants, retail and services,” Skrbin tells GlobeSt.com. In addition to those named above, several other eateries signed onto lease space. Hook Burger, from the founder of the Habit, Greens Up!, Gallery Seafood and Chop House, Bowl of Heaven, Los Agaves and Jeannines are among the new tenant group. On the retail side, Skrbin and Tingus were able to secure leases with salon All Tressed Up, Kirk Jewelers, men’s boutique Carriere and a nail and beauty supply store. These leases bring the shopping center to 80% occupancy with 10,000 to 15,000 square feet of space still available for lease.
