Macerich, Broadway Plaza Retail DevelopmentContract value: approx. range $125 to $150 millionScope of work: Construction of 300,000 sf of new and renovated buildings in the existing high-end open air shopping center in Walnut Creek, California, including a new two-story retail building, refacing of existing storefronts, four levels of new parking and sitework improvements throughout the shopping center. Construction started in February 2014 and is expected to be substantially completed in December 2016.
