LYNNFIELD, MA—The ownership of the MarketStreet Lynnfield shopping center here reports it has added seven new stores to its tenant roster.
With the approaching one-year anniversary of its opening, the 300,000-square-foot shopping center will have a total of 60 shops and restaurants in operation. The seven new retailers include Lively Kids (opened in April 2014), Solstice Power Yoga, Japanese restaurant FuGaKyu, Pink, Mexican restaurant Temazcal Tequila Cantina, Victoria’s Secret, and Charles Schwab, which are all scheduled to open this summer.
Meanwhile, an expansion project that will add 35 new stores and restaurants to the retail property is underway. Scheduled to open in 2015, the expansion will feature Banana Republic, Gap and Gap Kids, Nike, Pottery Barn Kids, and Wahlburgers.
MarketStreet Lynnfield is anchored by Whole Foods Market and Kings. It was developed and leased in partnership between l Massachusetts-based commercial developers National Development and WS Development.
